I signed a year lease with Kempton downs. I moved out after 4 months. During that 4 months my place was broken into twice!! Twice in 4 months!!!! And I lived on the 3rd floor and locked my door. After the first time, I went and reported it to the management, all they said was they would increase security. If they did, it did no good because my place was broken into again. The management wants your money and do not care about anything that happens. There is a pool, but about 9000 kids live in these apartments, so don't think you can go into the pool without being splashed and being part of marco polo. Kempton downs is often referred to as "compton downs" because of the amount of crime, drug deals, and other steorotypical ghetto activities going on. You are better off living in a tent for free or finding a better place for CHEAPER! This place ------- sucks. DO NOT LIVE THERE!!! Oh, and i lived with 3 other people. so 4 people living in one apartment. They gave us one parking spot. ONE! We all had cars, so most of the time we were driving all over the complex looking for parking.
