My roomate and I moved in September of 2006 and broke our lease and moved out December. The parking was TERRIBLE! There was only one parking spot, and we both had cars. We were constantly having to park on the street. There were maybe 25 visitor parking spots in the whole complex.
The first day we moved in there were stains on the carpet. They said they would take care of it, and set an appointment to do it. They did not show up for the appointment, but did it later when we were both at work....plus left our door unlocked.
The other tenants were a nightmare to deal with as well. They were constantly having parties which we could hear very well. One morning before I went to work I found pages from a playboy magazine all over my car.
The staff was ok, but had a general uninterest in what our problems were.
Another thing was the mail key. It was changed so many times we had 4 keys in the course of 3 months!
Mold grew on our bedroom window, and in the bathroom because of poor ventilation.
DO NOT GO TO KEMPTON DOWNS!

Thank you guys I have two kids and a boyfriend and his brother and want to live there because of the colledge and i knew it was bad because of the partying but that is what they are probaly looking for, I will take your advice and live under a bridge
