I really am a bit surprised at how strongly some people make this apartment out to be. Yes, the parking can be really nightmarish. If you arrive home too late, like I did, I worked late at night, you have to park way out in the street. However, I never had any problems or incidents walking to my apartment late at night. No complaints or compliments about the management. The apartment itself was pretty nice. It wasn't amazing but it was quite nice. I liked it. Our neighbors were just fine. Some of them did smoke on their front porch but that's their right and they were never intrusive. They were polite about it. The washer and dryer in our apartment was nice. They aren't top of the line but they work just fine. All in all, I thought they were really good apartments. My only complaint would be the nasty parking situation. If you have one car (which we didn't) then even the parking situation isn't bad, just noisy.
