Kempton Downs

we've lived here for 1.5 years and are gladly ready to move as soon as our lease is up... our complaints aren't as much with our neighbors, as we like most of them... however we did have issues with one apartments tenants offering drugs to my teen son and his friend, throwing them down off the balcony... it took numerous complaints from several of us and police reports for the managment to finally do something... the spaciousness of the apartments is great and we love having our large dog with us, so there are some areas we like about living here... it would be nice if the pool was open the whole summer, instead of paying to swim at mt. hood community college across the street... i think this year we were able to swim there about 5 times, which is annoying on hot days... there are a huge amount of car break-ins in the area we live in and windows are broken several times a month... last thanksgiving, our tires were popped, along with 4 other cars... safety used to patrol here, but they no longer respond to calls and we don't see them patrolling anymore... we're just biding our time until our lease is up and then we will find a place who's reputation isn't so bad... did i mention that our requests for maintenance are constantly being lost, so that it takes weeks to get things fixed? also our rent is $100-$150 higher than the neighbors connected to us and i don't understand that...
