What a joke!!!

Before I moved all I heard was it's a beautiful apartment. That was a crock. The tile in front of the fireplace was cracked, there was a 1 1/2 inch gap between the wall and the carpet. Not to mention the bubbles in the formica arounf the bathroom sinks, and smell of my childrens bathroom was horrible. It was black mold.There was piant everywere it shouldn't be. The carpet, the windows, red paint from the accent wall on the white wall. the was black mold on the window seals the day we moved in. On the top floor. The window in the kitchen leaks. We had to have matanice come fix our front door the days in because it wouldn't latch. found a rat trap in my shed. our most recent experince was awful as well. WE need our leaky toliet fixed which was probably the cause of the mold and the disposal didn't work. The idiot matinace guy came out fixed my toliet and we showed him the poorly done patch job to cover the mold and he told us he could fix it with some kilz. The he looked at the disposal took some food particles out and asked what they were. Ah food dummy. He looked at it and told me if I didn't use it it would work better. It still doesn't work. My spouse passedthe matinace guy in the parking lot and how the toliet was. They replied the toliets fine but we still have mold. OH well you didn't put mold on the work order. Yeah we did. After arguing for a while he said he would talk to the the management, and to put in another work order. So surprise surpise still have mold. My word of advice to any one who is even com=nsiering moving here don't they are way over priced. They don't bother to tell you have to have renters insurance to live here or that YOU pay the water/sewer and garbage until after you sign your lease. They are sneaky and will do anything to get you to rent from them because they work on commision and don't live on the property. They could care less about what goes on. They will leave notes on your car that you can't park in front of the office during buisness hours even though there are only 12 vistors spots for 4 the apartment building near me. They only tow certian people. There is 3 cars that are always pared in front of the office 2 w/for sale signs but they never get towed. Kinda makes you wonder. SO just don't bother unless you want the worst apartment living experince ever!!! I had lived in aprox. 20 diffrent and they are by far the worst!
