Ok, Im not gonna go and say that your gonna die or get raped or anything thats just stupid. What I will say though is this. This place is horrible. Gourmet Kitchens? Ummm Know.. The stoves are from the 80's, There is no counter space, The sinks are shallow and in my unit leak and under the sink we have a huge hole that they have not replaced they just put a board over it.

There have been people peeing in bushes outside my window at night. Arguments above my unit at like 3 in the morning. People drinking beer and throwing cans and cig butts over their balcony. I have almost been spit on, friend was called names on his way to the car by someone.

We recently had a snow storm and they did not salt, shovel walkways or have plows come through, our heater is broken and it took them tell the last day of snow to come fix it. Our doors to the closet and to the Washer and dryer are broken and have been broken sense we moved.

They dont watch to see who has been parking in the visitor parking and actually because they dont have enough parking spots for the units people who live there are parking in the visitors parking spots. So what people will do is, keep their cars in the visitor spots and just take the car in the assigned spots so you cant have anyone come over and if they do they park on the street which isn't good either because there has been vandalism to peoples cars such as being spray painted or broken in to or rocks through the windows.

There are lights that need to be changed in the parking area that aren't bring changed they flicker and go off for periods of time making it unsafe. The security is here 1 time. He comes in... locks up the recreation parks and smokes for a little while then leaves. Thats it he doesnt drive around.

There are people living in places and they shouldn't be which has been reported and still they do nothing at all. The office is a joke. I pay close to 1000 a month for a place that is horribly small and un-managed. DO NOT MOVE HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

One last thing...THERE IS NO PLAYGROUND LIKE ADVERTISED...
