This is one of the most horrible living experiences I have ever had. I have way toooooooo much to list but I will give you a few examples as long as you don't move into this hell hole. The parking for one is horrible. None of the neighbors seem to care about your vehicle so they will ding your doors, rub their asses all over your car, and dump nasty sticky stuff by your car for you to step in. How fun is that' They don't have public restrooms at the pool. We lived in the very end apartments with small children and they expect us to walk/drive all the way back to the apartment to go to the bathroom. If you have small children make sure they use the bathroom before you go to the pool. Their maintenance is a joke. I had so many problems when we first moved in and it took forever to fix some of them. Or if they did get fixed it was a horrible job. Parking is another thing. We are across from a college so on the weekends all the college kids are here and take up the extra spots forcing the tennents to park on the street. Outside is nasty in general. Parents don't watch their children. Just let them run free. People let their animals go to the bathroom outside and not clean it up. Management is a joke. Talk about some rude -------. All they care about is their money and nothing else.
