I moved into linden on Nov 2007 till 2008 but ive know the management for over 3yrs and when he over took Linden apts they were in a shambles. property was dirty, pool was full of stuff and unusuable. When Troy and Karen took the place over with in 90days they were full occupantcy, clean property. I wouldnt ever give this mgmt,They are kind, community oriented folks and will back you up but at the same time they expect everyone in the commuinity to follow by the policies. But my personaal experience with Linden and the management was Wonderful and when I come back to Oregon I will be looking fwd to renting from them again.

funny I saw the exact opposite thing happen. Troy and Karen took over and the apartments turned into a ghost town. Trying to get rid of tennants to jack up the rent on these run down crappy apartments. Can you say slum lord? think this other review was written by the manager...avoid this place you will thank me
