Lived here for two years, was not a nice apartment. It was old and run down, genisis management took over and it did not get any better. Dont know how they have some positive reviews. The new management started kicking people out and jacking up the rent over $200 a month, while putting no money into the place. Trust me avoid this place you can find a cheaper place that is much nicer and not have to deal with slum lords. Troy and Karen of Genisis management are horrible property managers of a run down crappy apartment complex. Stay away from Linden place, they dont have so many vacant units because it is so wonderful like a couple people have posted on here.
