MY DEPOSIT REFUND CHECK BOUNCED! DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE that's owned/operated by "genesis management" or "Ledart properties LLC"...Troy the owner is a crook...

the neighbors are loud...

kids running and screaming from dawn until dusk...

the walkways were dirty...

the laundry facilities routinely broke down...

the pool was literally filled with old refrigerators...

when my car was broken into the management was less than concerned...

no action was taken...

there was a fire in one of the apartments adjacent to us, they didn't even hire a clean up crew, they paid their maintenance people to paint over it...

I waited 5 months for them to fix my kitchen sink, we had no cold water for 5 months
