Very nice complex. Moved in Nov. '03. Don't park your car on the street unless you don't mind stuff being stolen. Management is great if you have a problem. Garages are pricey at $90/ month. It is off the main street so it is a quiet complex. The balconies need shelter and the patios need cover as the rain from the balconies drip onto the patios.
