The managers at this apartment complex are extremely rude and are unwilling to give any slack when it comes to pleasing their residents. They are money hungry and pick there favorites. If you date one of the managers then you get whatever you want. If you live simply, get your rent paid on time for your entire lease and do not bother anyone then you get nothing in return. When they have a problem with something, such as a messy deck, they leave rude sarcastic memos on your door. If you request a new parking spot closer to your home, they will deny you your wish... even though you have a nearly empty building surrounding you. They are rude and did I mention rude!
