My husband and I have lived here for just over a year now. We just recently renewed our lease.
So far our experience here has been good. These apartments are little bit older but well maintained. They are very spacious inside. We don't feel as though we are living out of a box. There is plenty of cabinet space.
Whenever we have had any problems with maintenance they have always come promptly to fix them. They are always friendly.
Staff is really nice here. I feel comfortable going into the clubhouse to talk to them.
The clubhouse and workout room are a little bit dirty but this seems to be a common problem of apartments.
Right now they are repainting the buildings to make them look nicer in appearance as well as building new deck railings. Now I feel that the apartment on the outside matches how it looks in the inside.
Overall, we have had a good experience. It is a good place to live.
