I live here and I'm looking for somewhere new. I have neghbors that scream and yell at each other, slamming doors and cussing at ALL hours of the night and day. The police have been called on them, or other people fighting in my building alone at least a dozen time in the 10 months I've lived here. Not only that, but the neighbors have also not only yelled and cussed me out for something I did not do on several occasions, but one time even came up pounding on my door and threatening me for noise that (once again) OTHER neighbors were making. Managements response to the complaints' Call the cops if it they're bothering you.

Also, our toilet hasn't worked properly since we've moved into our 2 bed ONE bath unit. It doesn't always flush, and the tank leaks. Maintenance came up once, they apparently failed to fix it, so we called again and they never showed. In addition to that, upon move-in our dryer did not have a knob (still start it with pliers), and the range on our oven, and one of the bedroom heaters have never worked properly.

There is dog crap everywhere, not only in the grass, but on the sidewalks. The area behind our building is disgusting with trash all over the ground and caught in the bushes, and there's what looks like some discarded or abandonded furniture back there too. And the parking lot is really gross, too, trash will literally be left for months in the same place, so I am assuming that they do not employ anyone to help maintain the parking lot.

I could go on and on, but I'll stop here and just say, everything about this complex is TRASHY.

Dont listen to this review writer. We have security now and noise is never a problem
