Crazy/Mean neighbors, horrible managers, horrible residants,Bad people, Bad security.
Ever since we moved in about 3-4 years ago we have had the worst downstairs neighbor ever. She is a mean, racist, old, yelling, and complains about everyhthing. We have gotten 4 notcies on our door from the appartments because of her and it wasn't even us.
Most of the managers are very unbusiness-like and disrespectful. They tried to evict us for no reason when the owner did not even know about it, and it is a horrible group of people.
The actual residents are just as bad. The school across the street is a an alternitave school full of druggies and bad kids. the parents are not any worse either.Everyone is mean.
The garbage disposal has gone out many times, the toilet has broken twice, you can hear many things from next door and upstairs.
TO TOP IT ALL OFF: They are raising the rent for everyone by about 50$ for no apparent reason, and are ALSO going to start charging for water. THAT IS AN EXTRA 100$ a month or so for NO REASON.
Not to mention our tires have been slashed before, and lady downstairs has left cat litter on our hood, the car windows have been broken...

WTF, the school across the street is an elementry school! that my child goes to, and is one of the best schools in Gresham!! this person is probably one of the druggies they got rid of!!
