Home Sweet Home or Not'

We rent a one bedroom apartment. It's nice, clean, and everything works great! We have no complaints as far as our apartment on the inside. The biggest problem that we can see is there's always a lot of dog poop every where. I have just found out that on new leases, renters will have to pay $20 per pet. That sounds okay but I really think that should mean the complex maintance workers should be cleaning up the poop. We have a pet and we clean up after our pet but others do not. My dog sometimes thinks these piles might be something to eat. Parking seems to be a problem for a lot of us here. Vehicles have to be in running condition and licensed yet management has vehicles that are not. They are quick to tag those who aren't management on vehicles that are not up to code. They also have more than 2 cars per household. The extra vehicles sit using a lot of spaces that really are needed for guests or otheres that only have two vehicles. The maintance workers are sometimes slow to get to things needed to be done for other renters. We haven't had that problem personally but I've talked to others and they have said there's a long wait for important things such as mold on the walls to be corrected. There have been complaints that some of your personal business is being shared with other tenants by management. If your one who doesn't get involved with other people this place would be okay to live. It seems that management pick and choose, who and where, to inforce the rules. When it's time to sign a new lease, we will have to pay for water, monthly pet fee, and increase in rent. We will see a minimum of $60.
