First off they don't fix anything. My kitchen sink/disposal stopped working on a Saturday I called they told me " the maintenance guy had horses so he wont make it" They finally called to fix the problem on Wednesday I told them don't bother I already did it. I hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes I know its the floor not the tenant because I have had 4 different upstairs neighbors. Now they wont let you sign a year lease and they up the rent $20 every 6 months instead of the standard $10 every lease they say " the apartments are way under market value." They also make you pay the water and sewer now. The people are nice they just don't care much. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, I have lived in my fair share of apartments and this is close to the worst I have experienced.

Finally!Someone who sees what I saw when I lived there. And the maintenence guy with the horses: He spends the majority of his time sitting in the office, or cannot be found by the assistant maintenence guy.

I dont understand Ive lived here for 2 yrs, they have always been right on top of things that needed to be fixed for me and my neighbors, I guess we all should be able to see there is only a few complaints out of how many units? 320! Wow thats not bad!!
