My advise is dont rent from this property. I am a currant tenant and am completely dissapointed in this property. One reason is that you can hear every bit of what your neighbor is doing. The footsteps across the ceiling are louder than anything you can imagine.If the neighbor downstairs has the radio on, you can sing along with the words.I have gotten violation letter on my door saying my vehicle is in the wrong spot and I must move it or I will be towed. I went to the office to figure it out, explaining how that is my numbered spot assigned to me in my lease. Their response was just " oops...forget it. guess it was not you then". How professional is that. My other complaint is unbearable and a major health hazzard. Through the walls of my apartment I am continually inhaling second hand smoke. My neighbor is a chain smoker and it permeates every room in my apartment 24 hours a day. No matter what i do it is always there. I was first told to find out who was doing it. So I found out who is smoking and they now inform me their is nothing they can do to help me.Its completely unhealthy. Second hand smoke kills people. If anybody knows what I can do in this situation please let me know. Do I have any rights to pursue this.

NO you cant do anything about it! there is no law saying a person cant smoke in there own home! thank God for that!! I dont smoke but that would be a stupid law! besides I dought its coming through the wall!! Impossible!! might be outside and coming in your windows or maybey the person that lived there befor you smoked, its hard to get that smell out of the carpet? try having popori all around your home it really workS:)
