You really have to stay on top of things here...

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I've lived here for just over 2 years. I love that the complex is (relatively) clean and neat, there's assigned parking, and a gorgeous pool.
HOWEVER.
Management has changed hands numerous times, and the complex is now being... handled'... by Princeton. And Princeton SUCKS! The complex is still quiet, but they're letting a bunch of low-lifes move in and the grounds are starting to show it. The green grass now has garbage on it most days, and while no pets used to be allowed (except cats0 they now allow dogs. Noisy dogs. With crappy owners who let them bark all day.
Overall it's actually a nice place to live. But if you want something done you really have to keep on management about it (you never used to have to do that - if you requested it, it was done within 24 hours. ALWAYS).
