Things used to be well taken care of and the office staff was friendly.
Now they've taken away many of our covered spots (even though when we leased the apt it came with it), they won't call you back when they say they will, things are falling apart, etc.
Our neighbors are constantly noisy at all times of the day and night and management refuses to do much. Some days I seriously think they have part of a band in there-- tuba, drums, etc.
I won't let my daughter play on the playground area because the wood is rotting and it's falling apart.
She fell one night on their "speed bumps" because they aren't painted/lit and she ended up with quite the knock on her forehead and scrapes/bruises. She now has a dent in her forehead from hitting the side of the sidewalk when she fell.
To get into my apartment you have to walk under a waterfall because many of the gutters are either rusted through or possibly are filled with leaves.
I used to love this apartment complex, but now we're looking to move.
I would definitely NOT recommend this complex to anyone.
