irresponsible management From: dsimnitt Date posted: 2/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have had more troubles with the powell valley farms and spring water trail apartments then I have ever had EVER. I have had troubles from them losing my lease agreements to being given 72 hour notices for none payment of rent after my rent checks were cashed. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
