Powell Valley Farms

These apartments make me sick. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I had to find an apartment fast and this complex had one avalible. So with no questions asked I moved in. I didn't like that there is only one garbage for the whole complex. There is never any parking if you have two cars. There is poor insalation through out the whole apartment. The doors and windows are the worst. There has been mold growing on my windows and back door for the last 3 months because the windows get alot of condinsation. I have to clean it constantly. Two weeks ago I found a patch of mold in the dinning room that I have been cleaning and it won't fully go away. I have a spare bedroom in the apartment that we store all our stuff that we don't use as offten, like my summer shoes and extra jackets etc. This weekend I went in there to get a pair of boots and noticed that the whole back corner of the closet in the spare bedroom is covered in mold. The mold is so bad that it covered three pairs of my shoes that were kind of exspensive. This now explains why we have a musty smell in the apartment that we could not get rid of. I have also been sick for the last month and 1/2. I have always know that I am allergic to many different mold strains and now I know why I am not getting better. I have 30 more days left on my 6 month lease and I am trying to move out ASAP. This apartment is horrable do not move into these apartments.
