Problem was fixed, thanks to the owner of this apt. Problem was the (manager.)

My car was stolen 2 times, and many broken windows in cars from other cars, One time we couldn't come home, because SWAT team with big guns told as to live, and came back in one hour. PLUS I had new 4runner, some one who live there didn't like that, and scratched all sides. Manager told my wife that we were on the list, to move as out for no reason. My other neighbors can't believe it, how mean she is. In one night there was about 28 cars was broken windows, so if you planing to live here, I strongly recommend you to have very good car insurance.

I somewhat agree with Miishutka, manager in this apartments is very mean and she discriminates against people from other country and for different race. Very unprofessional and I don't recommend this to anyone. Avoid this apartment and you will thank me. I know there will be many more people writing negative experiences.

The apartments need someone who will manage. No one is in the office when needed. They pick their own hours...opening late, closing early. They 'cut' staff when someone leaves so they don't have to or can't replace them. I believe it is impossible to run a complex of this size with 4 people. Keep looking, don't stop here.

I don't know about the racial problems, but living here for two years has been great. Management has always been more than willing to help us when we needed them. We're good residents, therefore we're treated as such. GREAT community, cars are never broken into. We have had to call the cops for some trashy neighbors, and they arrived promptly. Then management kicked them out soon after. If you have issues with management, its because you are a bad resident. SWAT was never here... sorry!

I know for a fact that SWAT was here, as they were right outside my window!!! They were going after someone in the building next door to me. I have lived here for eight years, and I can say that this place is going down hill fast!!
