Good place to live in downtown Gresham

This place has been a good place to live for the last two years and during that time I haven't had many, if any, problems with my landlord or my neighbors.

I haven't had any issues with crime here, knock on wood, even though its smack-dab in the middle of downtown Gresham. Granted I park my car in the garage, but I do have a truck that camps out in the parking lot and it and all of its contents are still there. Parking here can be a pain though if you have more than one car.

I haven't had any issues with sound traveling through the walls, so who ever designed and built this place did a damned good job at it. There is PLENTY of storage space in these town homes. The kitchen is also quite nice: the windows let in A LOT of light, especially during the evening. Since the town home faces east to west it is easy to air everything out. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom which is very nice. There are some down sides to this building though: During the winter it gets cold, REALLY cold, especially in the entry way. I have a thermometer in the entryway and have recorded it being as cold as 25 degrees. Since this town home is three stories tall it can be a pain to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms after a long day at work. The bedrooms are kind of weird shaped and closet doors are kind of in an inconvenient location, particularly the east facing room. The bathroom doors are also in kind of an inconvenient location too. So needless to say arranging the bedrooms can be a hassle. The West facing bedroom doesn't have an air conditioner friendly window, which REALLY sucks. Also I feel like Peak Development(Rental Agency) skimped out on appliances, but the ones they provided work...

Its got a double long garage on the bottom of the town home and I still haven't been able to fill it up. The garage has a hose hook up so if you want to wash a car or a truck in the parking lot you can.
