I have never lived in an apartment before moving to Royal Greens. I am impressed with the location and with the managment team. I have called the office with maintance requests such as a kitchen light out and by the days end it was fixed. I see the manager and maintance man out on the grounds a lot. I feel comfortable knowing that they are keeping and eye out. My apartment is very homey and I feel good about recommending this place to friends

The management team is not keeping an eye on your apartment, they are on smoking breaks...THATS why they are outside...or they are going to a friends apartment to smoke...or they are going to a relatives to smoke. Then, they go out to lunch...then they have the same routine in the afternoon. Comfortable Now? Out on the Property...Out on Business...Family Emergency...Ill...At Another Property...that's the manager...wait until you have a real problem like a broken window and have to wait weeks for it to be fixed...Have a Nice Day ;)

I get the feeling that the one who keeps writing a review on "comfortable now" is a angry person... I see nothing wrong with someone going to lunch. I believe the manager is not your momma and the team is allowed to go on a break and go to lunch... Heck they might even be allowed to go to the bathroom! I dont understand why some residents are so bitter... And NO I am not family....
