Dog Poop everywhere! Cigarette Butts! Junker Cars being worked on! Cars busted with golf balls! Swimming Pool was closed alot of the summer, clogged with baby diaper crud!
Want the manager' She's the one that is to take your rent check and give you the packages you ordered but what you will find is: "Out on the property"
"Out on Business"
"Office closed due to emergency"
"Office closed working at another
property"
"Office closed due to illness"
Etc. Etc. Etc.
A GOOD MANAGER would not look the other way when unscreened people are living in the apartments especially when its her own relative with a felon boyfriend.
A GOOD MANAGER is available to accept rent checks!
A GOOD MANAGER would clear the office of friends and relatives (that are allowed to stay and paint their nails etc) WHEN DOING THEIR JOB OF HANDLING MANAGEMENT BUSINESS!!! DON'T EXPECT YOUR INFORMATION TO BE CONFIDENTIAL...ITS NOTHING BUT GOSSIP HERE!!!
DON'T TELL YOUR MANAGER ANYTHING YOU DON'T WANT THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW !!!!!!!!!!!

The walls are thin here, you hear EVERY footstep and every bodily function of your neighbor. You can hear your neighbor peeing...which means they can hear you pee also...or anything else!
There was no place for my children to play (all dog poop)!
Want hot water to wash your clothes at the laundry site' you have to haul it by hand from the sink!!! Thats right its just one step up from beating it on rocks at a river.
Feral cats, they are everywhere, scratching up your car (yes your car that already has the windshield smashed from golf balls)
The buildings and fences are rotting and falling apart, mold, rot, insects, fleas, lice, vermin.

AND NOW THE GOOD NEWS AND THE BAD NEWS:

Look at the beautiful golf course!
Look at the golf balls break your car window

They love dogs here
They don't pick up the dog poop

There's a Swimming pool
It's closed

They accept any dog here.
THEY ACCEPT ANY DOG HERE.

Its a no-smoking property
Its not enforced

You can have any size bar-b-que you want
The fire marshall says no you can't
Management doesn't care
Your building burns down


The manager is friendly

I am a current resident of this property and all of the things said above are true. The only thing I can say is that the person who wrote this review is doing exactly what the manager is doing by spreading information about other residents the only difference is you???re doing it on the internet that's rude and distasteful in my eyes. Yes the manager does play favorites in many causes but to the long term residents and friends not family. You should write about things you know and can really complain about not other people???s personal information especially when you got that information from the manager her self??? then you come on here and complain about it your being a little hypocritical. Royal Greens is not a good place to live or raise a family I???ve lived in many places and this has got to be the worst.
