No on site manager when she's supposed to be here she isn't...out on property (means she's visiting her grandmother or friends),out on office business, takes 3 or4 days depositing bank checks,don't forget your key or you're locked out, today she was "helping at another property" She can't even take care of this one!!Don't complain or you wind up mon her "list" and you are in it deep. And it does get deep! Some people never clean up after their dogs. Supposedly there's a fine but my neighbors got pictures of a women not picking up but she's in the clique! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I lived here to, and everything said in these posts is very true, hopefully these postings will save people alot of money and grief. Thank you all for this insight.

I agree, whats the point of having a 'non-smoking' community, if all smokers have to do is NOT sign the waiver, and just keep on smoking! Hack, Hack and what a mess everywhere...and a fire hazard in the summer with butts thrown in the bark dust.

I just have to say that this is called multi family housing. The ones who complain the most are the biggest problem. I have seen some ladies who do nothing but put their noses in everyone elses business. I think they need to find a hobby. If there is not one thing to complain about they will find another. Just remember that when you are the one who is out walking the grounds and acting in a threating manner to the others... YOU are the main problem. To bad the managment cannot do what really needs to be done because of the laws. If she could you would be getting boxes.... If it is so bad then move! Do us all a favor and just move.... Dont forget to take your bat and or friend.
