I live here and happen to know the crabby, disgruntled person that was not taking their medication, who left this post...AND then they moved...and WOW did things improve around here. Thanks for moving, its so much more pleasant now.
We thank God for the wonderful management, maintenance, beautiful landscape and the warm welcoming of pets to these apartments. This apartment complex is truly Gresham's best kept secret for its quiet enjoyment. Thank you so much for all you have done for us.
I have been here for over 5yrs, and I've seen managers come and go with very little done...UNTIL Diane came (she is awesome).
As manager, Diane will listen to anything you have to say and will deal with it promptly.
This is a non-smoking apt. complex, so if you think you can come here and smoke or have loud parties and do drugs, think again because she's on top of her game and will nip it in the bud.
She is the best manager we've ever had ...Period. SJM and VTP
