If I would have known that this place was going to be sold to another company, I never would have moved in. The halls and entry way are disgusting now. The manager picks and chooses the things they want to complain about to us. Every tentant gets a nasty letter on their door at least once a month about people picking up the dog poop and how if they don't start that they are going to kick the dogs out. I don't even have a dog and I find these letters harrassing. But, I constantly see other "rules" being broken like the side doors (which we have keys to) constantly being propped open. Even by the cleaning people who they hire to come in. Some people might move here because it is one of the only places if not the only that has limited entry in Gresham. But I have never seen a note saying that we need to keep the doors shut and I have brought it to their attention many times. Not to mention, I have seen the assistant manager let her dog run around the parking lot without a leash on, which is illegal here. Don't move here!!!!

I myself have had a lot of problems with a lady with her dog off the leash. I properly take my dog on the leash and walk her outside, then all of a sudden I see some dog charging at my dog. This has happened on several occasions. I feel its unfair that my dog has be leased at all times, when its quite obvious that that it is the rule and we don't have an off leash area. All rules need to be followed by everyone, not a select few!

Now there is a new manager..WOW!!!! I wonder if this guy will let people slack on the rules regarding dogs and picking up after them?? Dont want to say much because I dont want to get in trouble and have them start harrassing me with issues in regards to my dogs.I have been bere for a few months and I do know one thing, that if you piss off certain renters here, you will never have then stop complaining about something you are doing. I feel like when i take my dogs out for their potty break, the assisant mngr is looking to make sure I pick up the poo from her downstairs apt. i know that she does not like me becuase my dogs arent "trained" like her dogs. her dogs bark just as much and no one complains about that, I see and hear things around this place. and I do know one thing, the assistant manager and her dogs are not perfect. I also wish that the assistant mngr would stop talking on her cell phone when shes out, its rude, especially when she is only 5 feet from me, i dont want to hear anyones conversations!! WOW, do I not like the assistant mngr or what!!!!

Oh my gosh, I am glad I am not the only one with problems with the asst. manager. I can't believe they still let her be the manager when she is obviously so wrong for the job. I get to move soon though, so good luck.

why is everyone moving out of the apts recently? cant be because people are buying houses. its not a safe time to buy a house because the banks are alot stricter when loaning out money. so what gives? I see more and more people gone than moving in? anyone know?? just curious..
