Management plays favoritism, the rules apply to some tenants and others not. It may look like a nice place to live but underneath it's noisy, tenants do what they want, when they want, where they want. Most tenants have two - four vehicles so there is absolutely no guest parking. Parking is nuts - the bus stop is closer than your parking spot. The parking lot is as bad as the airport pick-up line, people parking or stopping where ever they want, honking, radio blasting. You're vehicle is not safe, take every precaution to secure your vehicle. They blackmail you into a lease, if you do not lease for 6 or 12 months they raise your rent 100.00 dollars. If you do lease they raise your rent every time your lease is up. The heating is bad - you have one heater for the living room, dinning room, kitchen and bathroom, burrrrrr!
Depending which unit you live in depends on how far you have to carry your garbage. Once a week I have to walk a 1/2 mile to the garbage area. Some people have roll garbage cans to roll their garbage, so if you plan to live here that is a good investment. One more thing don't try and be a good neighbor, to help or to inform other tenants, that kind of behavior will get you evicted. Oh and one more thing beware! The police are at this apartment complex every weekend. Like I said the complex looks great from the outside but once you are in, the dark side comes alive. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
