My husband and I moved in about 3 years ago. We don't mind the apartment and have had no issues with the management and staff. They were very nice when we were worried about me possibly having to go on bedrest when I was pregnant. Anyway, the biggest reason we are moving is the area. The area that these apartments are in has gotten very scary. We just had our first child and do not want him to be raised here so we have to move. We have never had any issues with our car (knock on wood, as I hear many people have) but the area as a whole has gone way down hill.

Another thing I really do not like is that 1 we have to pay a portion of the water and sewer depending on how many people are on your lease when you know people have people staying with them that are not on the lease. When they started doing it this way our water/sewer went from $15 to over $25 every month! Another thing I didn't care for was the fact that you had to sign another 6 or 12 months lease to keep from having your rent go up a ton. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
