Most of the tenets are respectful to others, however I seem to get stuck living around all the horror stories. See right now I'm getting to listen to my walls vibrating from the bass in the upstairs and nextdoor apartments. I have recently complained about this and nothing is being done. The so called quiet hours of 9pm are non-existent being that it's 1am. The management seems to do nothing around here, mainly because they seem to leave after 2-3 months.
Car thefts/break ins are rampant in this complex. In the last 2 weeks my roomates car has been stolen twice, and only recovered once. My car has been broken in to and so have 3 neighbors that I know of. Management once again does nothing and seems to shrug it off. When I asked the manager if the cameras in the parking lot even work, she replied she didn't know, and they were trying to figure something out. The least they could do would be warn other tenants and maybe light the parking lot and sidewalks a little better.

One good note is the current apartmet manager has had the gutters cleaned, it only took me requesting it from 3 different managers and complaining to the managment company about my stuff getting destroyed do to flooding from the gutters never being cleaned. They will also be pressure washing the buildings YAY.

Over all a ho hum place to live. nothing special. The 'wood' trim around the sinks is buckling and rotting, the floor in my bathroom has been rotted since i moved in and nothing was ever done about it. carpets looked clean when i moved in but with in a month all the old stains came to the surface and they look horrible. bad wall paper and paint jobs. shower in main bathroom has never worked and never been fixed though requested several times

parking sucks if you want friends to come over and oversized vehicles tend to take up more than a space.

lanscapers do an ok job except they some how think its ok to come in and mow with the giant mowers when its been raining, digs huge grooves in the ground that look horrible. also behind my apartment the grass is a sess pool. poor drainage and when it rains the water just collects and you end up with about 1 ft deep of mud.

had upstairs neighbors that were constantly fighting. management did nothing so after a year i finally had enough and called the police. was threatened by the tenant when ran into him the next time. had to call the police again.
