I have not lived there since about April 2008. We had a six month lease. The first night we moved in there were two parties going on, one which turned into broken glass bottles in the drive way. Our neighbors kitty corner to us were very up tight and constantly bitched. We got new neighbors shortly before we left that were extremely loud and obnoxious. We could hear every little bit of everything there tweaker asses were up to. We had a leak in the master bathroom ceiling that stained the floor. I really think that the wood under the crappy linoleum floor was rotten. We found a dead bird behind our dryer upon moving in. Our shower in the master bath also leaked incessantly and took pestering the management to get them to fix it. The toilet in the hall bathroom also ran constantly. Mold on all windows that really needed updating like the whole apartment. The kitchen's layout drove me insane. There was no counter space and no room to even move. The dishwasher was a piece of ----. One of the last straws was that my car dissapeared one night. Thankfully it was recovered for me a couple of days later. The managers did not seem to care and when we went in there to find out if they had known what happened to my car, she said that they had found out about our dog and wanted a deposit. We knew at some point this was probably going to happen, and we should have been up front with them, but we were low on funds. We thought okay, well we will pay it, but it turned out to be $750 for a dog. What''!!! That is outrageous. The neighbors were all very loud and I heard many an arguement between other neighbors. First chance we got, we bailed. Our deposit was $765. We were told no matter what they were going to clean the carpets for $45, so not to bother. I did the walk through with them and they said we took good care of the place and it looked great. As I left I should have gotten that in writing. I was expecting about $720 back. We got back about $580. Cleaning costs I guess. Needless to say this place was a bad place to live, parking was terrible, grocery shopping was hard. So far to carry bags and a baby. I strongly discourage people from living here.
