Don't believe a word you're told by management

This looked like a good place to live - lovely apartment, nice grounds and reasonable rent. HA! Management changed twice during the short time we were there. We got written warnings about how and where we were toileting our dogs that weren't accurate or even true. Although our next door neighbor washed his vehicle under our bedroom window at all hours (3 AM was fun), and the dog downstairs constantly whined because it was kept in a diaper & not allowed out, we were the ones who received warning notices. This place would've been better if management was more consistent and not so quick to make threats.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and not everyone is going to have a great experience, however, I do know that management has certain protocol to follow and that each tenant is treated the same if they are in violation of the rules and regulations set forth to ensure everyone has an enjoyable living experience. I am sorry this particular person was/is unhappy because I thouroughly enjoy my tenancy here at The Village.

I lived at the Village and moved when management REFUSED to tend to a problem I had with neighbors. (their pot smoking started a small fire which the smell of marijuana and smoldering couch cusions came into my apartment). THey ended up throwing their couch in the trash but management did not care. They changed managers a few times when I lived there. Not fun. Granted it was a quiet location, and cheap rent.. Just sucky management
