I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I lived there for 3 years and in those 3 years I had 3 management teams, 2 rent increases, had to pay water which I paid about 55.00 a month (in a house that's every other month), garbage and sewer, and had to pay for laundry (which I could only do occasionally because when you have 8 families and 2 washer and dryers it doesn't work very well) I had mice they wouldn't do anything about and then when I moved out they claimed they never got my notice (but cashed the rent check).

I constantly had people parking in my assigned spot but they wouldn't do anything about it I was told to park on the street.

I lived in the 3rd building from the street.

They had a problem with my patio furniture on the patio but no problem with dogs/cats pooping on grass or side walk and the owners not picking it up.

My bottom window didn't lock and I was told to put a stick in the window(by 2 management teams) they couldn't afford to replace the windows so then they had the audacity to bill me for the window lock.
