When I moved here I was excited about living in an apartment that had awesome outdoors and landscaping.
The first few months were awesome.
My neighbors were nice, happy, and quiet, parking was no problem, and management was friendly and available all the time.
Then we heard that Angela and HSC were not going to be managing the property anymore.
As soon as she left everything went downhill.
They taught me to expect the least out of managment.
When my roof was blowing off they did nothing.
When I asked for screens to be put on my windows I was told that it just wasn't a priority, that brown water was "autumn color", and everytime they "fixed" something or "installed" something it was broken at install or failed within days.
Whenever you try to go to the office, it is rare that it is even open, and when you do it's the assistant.
I put up with it for longer than I ever thought was possible and I sincerely reccomend that you save yourself and not put yourself in the position where these are things you have to deal with.

i still live at the village and i love the landscaping, and i love my place, everything else bites. The manager Jessica Irelan isnt even a manager. I came home last friday night to find paint all over our second car. I noticed they had painted my deck with out any notice what so ever. To put the icing on the cake whoever painted my deck got paint all over the door, window, and my brand new planter boxes. When my boyfriend called the manager saturday morning she just said that she is new and doesnt know how to handle this and she will leave a note with jessica (the supposed manager) My water has been turned off numerous times with out any notice for maintenance on the water. Our gutters were clogged and a waterfall of water was out side my front door and they did nothing about it. My boyfriend had to actually clean the gutters him self. I would only reccomend this place to my worst worst enemy
