NOT RECCOMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   If you like being upset, disappointed, talked down to, angry etc then this is your place! First off it was better with the old assistant. ------- is a -----, lazy too. Sure when we first started having problems they were taken care of but now- we are lucky if we even get a call back on our requests. We needed a new fridge because it leaked and they gave us a new one- this was a couple months ago. Now we have been dealing with a fridge that gets so cold it freezes eggs and lettuce. And there is one temperature control. And it still leaks... we learned not to complain so we have a permanent bowl to catch the water.. Now the thing is just dead it is 62 degrees in the fridge and the freezer couldn't even freeze water... Warm milk and expired stuff isn't for the 24 hour hotline though.. We put in a request to get it fixed at 2 on friday... ------- was suppose to come in and 'take care of it' ... turns out she put in a work order to have someone come in on MONDAY.. How sweet of them to offer a fridge in another unit for us to use.. Sadly it was filled with black mold .. yeah in the freezer.. So we got another one.. in one of the units they plan to sell.. TRUST ME DO NOT BUY HERE IT WILL BE THE WORST MISTAKE YOU HAVE EVER MADE... they fix all their problems with a coat of paint.. We also had a huge rat no one came to take care of.. And stairs that were falling through.. they fixed it with a block of wood and a couple screws.. it was suppose to be a temp fixed.. its been 2 plus months that we have been waiting for them to come back and fix all of them for good.. but even though the guy told us they would be back in a week .. ------- never got the word.. Stress >.< and --------... But its cheat... you get what you paid for... OH AND OUR BUILDING HAS A SIGN THAT SAYS NEW SIDING SOON! ITS BEEN 3 YEARS- great idea of how fast they get stuff done.
