I lived here for a short time with my room mates.
The management was a joke and never fixed anything we needed fixed, like oh say..our dishwasher, that was broken upon move in. It started growing black ---- hair mold and making the entire house smell, but they never came despite the numerous requests. then, when move out time came at the end of the 6 month lease, they CHARGED US for the broken dishwasher, which we hadn't used the ENTIRE time we lived there since it was broken. there was also a huge hole in the ceiling in the second bedroom...' a hole in the baseboard heater where huge spiders lived, and very nosy neighbors. my room mate called to tell management that he would not be paying for the dishwasher, and was screamed at and cussed at over the phone by the apartment manager. also, they were told they would have a washer and dryer in unit. upon moving in management informed them that they would need to buy their own special kind of stacked washer and dryer, and put it in their kitchen'! that was out of the question. using the onsite laundry was a no because when we did, we got our things STOLEN OUT OF THE WASHER. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
