As far as apartments go, Townfair is a great place

Unlike many of the negative review writers who lived at Townfair a year or less, we're going on our 5th year and the only time we're leaving is when our home purchase goes through.
The positives: Compared with rent in similar complexes, this place can not be beat. Whenever we've had maintenance requests, they've been completed by the next day, often the same day. Sound between walls and floors is minimal; we've had at least 6 different neighbors (on the other side of our ajoining LR wall) and only two of them were occasionally audible, but not to the point of being a disturbance. I contrast that to an equally nice apartment I lived in a few years ago, where I could hear the lady (in the adjoining bathroom) peeing!
Negatives: In warmer months there seems to be an increase of residents who vent their drunken anger by screaming/crying/yelling at wee hours of the morning, then screeching their tires and racing in and out of the complex (to the liquor store') Sometimes it's hard to tell which apartment it's coming from, but apparently they get booted out before too long, as it only happens in intervals.
Unfortuately the forrested acreage across Wallula has begun to be developed, so the solitude and quiet remote atmosphere is being lost. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
