Townfair offers a lot of positive reasons for living here. I really appreciate how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is and is always quick in fixing a problem or helping with any situation. One of the many reasons I chose this property was because of they layout, I am very impressed with the landscaping and layout of the units. I feel that there is a high expecation to set Townfair apart from other properties. I plan on staying here until I purchase my home. I would recommend Townfair to anyone, great staff, beautiful property, friendly neighbors, and a reasonable price with no hidden move-in fees or any fees at all!
