The neighbors are always loud and annoying the mgmt does nothing. You can hear everything in the stairways. Mgmt is never in the office. hours are 8:00-5:00 when most normal people work too so you can't get packages or special mail until the weekend. They are nice people though. Carpets are yucky in most of the units (at least the ones that I visited in) mine was horrible.
Plus' are the no move in fees,parking, size of apartment.
