Terrible Management Change

Any review on this apartment that is positive came BEFORE the new management took over. The old staff was amazing and went above and beyond. I have lived here for 7 years and couldn't be more relieved to put in my 30 day notice. We had a mold problem (which is common here in the lower aparmtents because of how they were built on a slope). I was asked to go to the store to make a master key because they had lost mine-after i turned in my work order for MOLD it took them a month to enter my home with out ANY NOTICE. They sprayed texture all over my washer/dryer walls, all over my surround sound speakers, there was popcorn ceiling all over my bed, clothes, floor, blankets. The manager came in to inspect after my complaint and took a blanket as evidence to show the maintence team, she never followed up. I went to get my blanket 2 weeks later-the assistant said she was wondering whose that was!! No communication! There are pot holes in the parking lot that took months to fix, old mattresses that sit by the dumpsters for weeks. A neighboring resident we have grown to know put in their notice after years of living here for similiar reasons, and they entered her house 2 times w/ out any notice and started to clean her apartment while she was running errand the final day she had paid for to move out! They are rude and inconsiderate and have NO communication w/in their team. I would NEVER recommend Townfair apartments. The quotes they have on their webpage are from the old management staff. --- come back!!!!

--- was good and I wish her the best! I don't know what is going on it seems like there is a different Manager at the office every few months! Camren was a joke and acted as if he hated his job. Tammie was nice and seemed genuine. The new manager is a maintenance man? I wonder where these manager's go? why do they go? It seems very odd to me! and other neighbors think so too.
