Do you want to live with the rotting smell of MOLD' From: amandasm4@gmail.com Date posted: 4/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The reason the apartments are so inexpensive and available so quickly is because they are old and not taken care of! The Management uses the "we pay cable" to make it sound good. My apartment was not what we saw when we came and looked! It smells like Mold so bad that we use plug ins to cover it! The "maintenance" man smells like he doesn't shower and is NOT professional!!!!! I requested some things be taken care of and all he did was stand in my Kitchen and talk in circles. When I read the comment about the person who rented the apartment all in one day that speaks for itself!! My walls have mold on them and the Manager told me to use "bleach water" to clean it he didn't want to send someone to come see it he said it was "normal" and that he used to do maintenance''''' and that he has seen it before''''' I have read most of the reviews and do agree that there is a need for management change this is not "Normal" I talked with my neighbors and they have told me that they are moving out this summer and they have lived here for a very long time. I have only been here 7 months and will not sign another lease! It looks good on the outside lets just say this about Townfair they have great landscapers that's about it! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
