THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. THE LADYIES IN THE OFFCES ARE GREAT AND THE MAINTAINCE GUYS ARE ALWAYS NICE AND POLITE. THEY RESENTLY REPAINTED THE CURBS HAD NEW BARKDUST PUT IN AND IT MAKES EVERYTHING LOOK SO NICE. THEY DO AN AMAZING JOB.

omg I can't belive that. I have never had a mold isue and the my friends that lived hear in the past never did either. But then again we all keep our appartments clean. I really hope that we aren't neighbors.

No we are not neighbors because I AM NOW A HOMEOWNER!!! If you read the other responses from other disatisfied RENTERS there is a mold problem in that apt complex. Mold doesn't come from unclean conditions, rather, wet damp conditions caused by crappy craftsmanship and leaking windows!!
