I've lived here for almost 10 years now, and have loved every second of it. From the reviews I read about other complexes, and things I hear from friends about the places they live, I feel very fortunate to have found Townfair 10 years ago. The complex is beautifully maintained and is a pleasure to drive through. They even painted, barkdusted and repaved recently, bringing the visual asthetics up even more. Staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, concerned and professional. I have never had a moment's doubt about my value as a resident, even when they changed managers in the last year or so. One of my favorite things about this complex, is how responsive they are to questions, comments and needs. I have never had a maintinence request take longer than 48 hours to complete, and most of the time it's done in 12 or 24. I've even had them show up immediately. When I read the negative reviews on this website from other residents, I'm honestly perplexed at where they are possibly living that they could have such an opposite experience than I have had. Finding a place to live is hard, because it effects so much of your life on a daily basis if it goes wrong. I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, and am grateful to the staff and management company for a well run place I can call home.
