Waverly Gardens is a very bad place to TRY to live. Thank God I got out. Mose tennants are undocument. Do not speak English. They move out in the middle of the night. The yard crew is ridiculous. It used to be beautiful. The hot tub is closed in the winter. The management is such poor quality. They will not put in new appliances but fix the old ones, they never work. They will not help maintain the apartments. They do not even know who lives here. The undocumented people bring in animals they leave them behind when they move. They only have two maintance men that work so hard and try to keep up with everything. It looks like a ghetto in here and that is what the entire neighbord had turned into. It is so run down and nothing is being done to keep it up. Management is completely unwilling to work with anyone. They neightbood has turned into a ghetto. Don't move in, you will be so sorry. Until 1 month ago over 24 people lived in one apartment with 32 cars management did nothing. The place is a dump. Poorly managed and poorly kept up. The prices for what you get are ridiculous.
