Very Satisfied Grounds are beautiful. Staff is excellent. Great location for shopping, and skiing close to Mt. Hood. Apartments are kept up very well. Huge bathroom in my apartment, and a overall great layout. Don't think about it, just rent here.

Don't let the looks con you I moved here nine months ago and it is by far, the worst decision I have ever made. They let anyone in and allow constant parties. Even with security and police reports they don't evict the trouble. Staff is rude and never available. Maintainence never takes
