We really liked Lion's gate! ... review from long term resident - We were there from 2005-2011. Yeah, long time to rent but in our case we were just riding out the bubble I suppose. We didn't intend to stay for more than a year but as the real estate market declared temporary(?) insanity in this area we just shrugged our shoulders and said, why not? Lion's Gate offered a lot.
