We moved in Summer 2002. The first 4 months were good. Responsive staff, fairly quiet. But then the complex was sold to a Eugene company and they started allowing Section 8 tenants. Thats when real trouble began! Open crime going on from new tenants who did prison time. I saw a pair of them (teenage boys) siphoning gas out of tenant's parked cars. Also open drug deals going on in a couple units - through the front window. Lots of trash left in front of units with criminals and the law makes it very hard to remove them. To staff's credit, they tried, but there was high turnover of good staff, no doubt due to frustration with the new tenant criminals. Don't go there!
