Terrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I live here currently and the management is terrible. My boyfriend lived in a 2 bedroom for over a year and we recently moved into a 3 bedroom together. When you move in, take tons of pictures of every damaged thing you find-and it won't be hard to find plenty! They let you move in to a broken and damaged apartment and when you try to get the maintenance in to fix things it's like pulling teeth. Management barely speak English, and they do NOT follow landlord tenant laws. It's taken us WEEKS to get things fixed after turning in requests. They don't call you and when you go in upset they say it was up to you to contact them. When you do go in to talk about a problem, they tell you to go away and call to make an appointment. When you do call upset, they hang up on you. Everything is jimmy rigged. Rather than fix a door with a hole in it, theu will poorly patch it and paint over it just to have it fall apart shortly after you move in. They will create damages when you leave, too so if you, oh, I don't know, steam clean the carpet to where it looks better than it did when you moved in (and it will) TAKE PICTURES!!! We had "red dye stains" on our carpet, supposedly...funny since we have a stain free picture of every inch of carpet! Today when the sprinkler soaked me while I tried to get in my front door, after my boyfriend asked them a week ago to redirect it, and i went to the office to inquire, she said in her broken English " go find Javier the gardener he will fix" I should not have to hunt down maintenanct! When i called and told her i could not find him, she said-"it will be fixed monday, make appointment!" and hung up on me. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I cannot wait until our lease is up....'course we were supposed to have a fence up by May since we are on a corner lot-but God forbid they commit to any promises...Good luck...
